Baby Ari was so beautiful! This was such an unforgettable session. Ari’s mom and I just clicked. Being a young mom and business owner, we understood each other so well! This mama was so amazing- she was following her dream of being a tv and film sound producer. Her work is all over netflix, commercials, and various prime network TV shows. She grinds every single day, and by the time we did this newborn session, she was already back to work. Baby Ari was already 6 weeks here, and we got so many cute moments of her awake, as well as some sleepy baby vibes! We did take frequent feeding and soothing breaks, and that is fine. It is important for both the photographer and parents to be patient during a newborn session, since it does take time to achieve these types of photographs.

The sweetest little love was so precious in all of the colors we chose- mama loved soft pastels and soft tones, so I knew that she would look beautiful in the sets I had in mind. Mama just loved the teddy bear bonnet and the teddy bear look! I try to incorporate it into all of my newborn sessions, and parent always pick that look at their gallery reveals I just love her little expressions, and she was so fun to snuggle!

I mean, seriously how gorgeous is she? One of my favorite parts of newborn photography, is documenting such small details. The lips, the hair, the eyelashes, the little backrolls, tiny hands, and toes. It’s always unbelievable to me how precious this tiny life is, and how blessed I am that I get to call this my career. I’m so excited to meet so many new babies in 2023! Every little soul I meet, I will always treasure those moments.

Just look at that tiny tutu! Mama really wanted these sleepy shots even though she was an older newborn. I know some newborn photographers don’t take babies after a certain age, but I always do depending on my availability and things happen! I know these moments are precious and important to parents.

Ari’s mommy really wanted some mom and baby moments. She ended up choosing a neutral colored dress from our client closet, and it turned out so beautiful. I couldn’t wait until she saw her large acrylic album and wall art!
