When mom was searching for a cake smash photographer in the Connecticut area, she knew she wanted a themed cake smash session for her daughter. After doing an online search, she came across Drea S Photo (me!) and she knew she wanted to work together. Also, she regretted not doing a newborn session for her baby, so she knew this would be an amazing way to celebrate her baby’s milestone.

Mom picked the cutest theme for Yuvi – Winnie the Pooh! We went with a gorgeous Hundred Acre Woods backdrop. It was so perfect for her! Also, we went with a “Hunny” cake. We got messy, and most of all had fun. Check out the memories below.

When it came time to bring out the cake, I learned this would be her first time trying cake. It was perfect because she was so curious at first. She dug in, her hands covered in frosting. It wasn’t long before she tasted her cake, and there was no turning back!

We ended the session with a sweet family segment!
