Mom and dad to be were only 8 weeks away from meeting their little baby when they came to the studio for their Couples Maternity Session. They ended up driving in from over one hour away, and I was very honored to document their journey. Mama is so gorgeous! She had answered previously on her parent prep questionnaire that she really loved neutrals for this pregnancy. We chose neutrals, and I threw some fun ideas in there. Thanks to my awesome assistant, Maia, we were able to get some gorgeous videos, too.

Looking at these now while writing this blog, and I am loving how romantic and dreamy they are! I just really love how it all tied together. Mama was open to anything and everything, so we used gowns, fabrics, and different posing types- love it all!

When dads to be come in for a couples maternity segment, their job is a little easier. I do send some parent prep details prior to our session, so that they feel prepared, though. I do have them bring some essentials so that their outfits or choices compliment mom in the best way possible. View the couple’s gorgeous maternity segment below.
