Welcome, world, to Mia! This little bundle of joy recently entered her loving parents’ lives, and I had the privilege of capturing those precious newborn moments in the comfort of their own home.

When I arrived to their Stamford, Connecticut apartment for their home newborn session . Mia, was sleeping in her bassinet when I arrived. It typically takes me about 20-30 minutes to get set up for a studio style home newborn session. During that time, mom and dad were previously prepared to use this time to feed their baby girl.

As a newborn photographer, I strive to create a calm and relaxed environment for both baby and parents. My in-home sessions allow families to stay comfortable and familiar, focusing on the joy of their new arrival. When we were all set up, we started with baby alone shots- this segment was simply beautiful!

We captured her tiny features in close-up shots, documenting every detail – the hair, the button nose, and her tiny lip pout.

Mia’s session was a beautiful reminder of a home filled with new love that comes from the blessing of a newborn baby. It was a privilege to be a part of it, and I can’t wait to see this little one blossom!
